Brad as a professional chef has been involved in cook chill operations since the mid 1970’s as both a trainer and operator.  The extensive list of operations that Brad has been involved with include large Hospitals, Aged Care facilities centralized production kitchens and function centres   Brad is one of our key training & operations support person for the Healthcare Division.  Having had the opportunity to manage an area health central production facility and catering service across five hospitals, this allows him the ability to relate to the operational cost issues faced by today’s health care operators.

Brigette has been with the company for the past 7 years, prior to joining several years in large kitchen operations where she became a qualified Chef and went on to supervise in a number of large catering operations.  Brigette has been involved in a large number of cook chill operations along with major meal delivery systems.  Each project has involved state of the art technology, comprehensive training systems, and continuous on-going support.

Moffat Pty Ltd has appointed Carolynn Cruwys as the new Healthcare Manager - Aladdin Temp-Rite and  has been employed within Moffat Pty Ltd for the past 4 years as Sales Consultant – Foodservices, Sales Coordinator, and is now moving on to join the Moffat Healthcare team.

Carolynn has 27 years experience in the Healthcare industry, focusing on Meal Delivery Systems, with qualifications and extensive knowledge and with Meal Delivery Systems , HACCP, Work productions, Dietary Supervision, Work place training, Quality Officer– actively participating in  Accreditations for various Healthcare Groups, OH&S Officer and is a Trade Chef – managing kitchen staff, rosters, work procedures, stock ordering, Dietary coordinator, and holds a NAFES  Certificate – Industry recognized Certified Food Service Professional – C.F.S.P.

Carolynn is passionate and committed on focusing on the needs of the Healthcare market with an effective and compliant Meal Delivery System to suit the needs required, from major equipment to smaller tray items that will assist the ease of production, to the service of hot/cold food to residents/patients.

Ted has has been involved in all facets of the catering equipment supply business and in particular the development of cook chill systems here in Australia for over the past 25 years. More recently Ted has been soley involved in the Healthcare market establishing the Burlodge brand in Queensland with several aged care facilities and public and private hospitals.
